Shipping policy
Important:
All orders are processed at the warehouse in New Jersey during normal business hours and days. Your order is submitted to the warehouse at the time you submit payment, however, it may not be shipped until the following business day. Please keep this in mind if you are in need of an item quickly.
Additionally, international shipping involves an item processing through customs. Unfortunately, this means tracking may be altered, inaccurate, or delayed as it's potentially transferred between shipping carriers and/or inspected by government officials.
Shipping Information:
We can ship Ground, 2 Day, or Overnight with UPS. First Class, Express, and Priority Mail are available, and all of our USPS Mail packages have delivery confirmation numbers. International packages can be shipped by UPS or US Airmail. All shipments are processed during normal business hours/days.
- All orders arrive in a discreet package from our warehouse in New Jersey.
- A packing slip/invoice will be included in the order
- All items on backorder are checked daily with shipments received. Our fill rate is over 95% but sometimes cannot control backorder issues.
- Another great optional feature we offer thru UPS and US Mail is e-mail verification. If you provide an e-mail address, UPS or US Mail will send you an e-mail with the tracking # and date shipped. This e-mail comes from UPS and US Mail, says nothing about what is in the package, but just tells you when to expect this package.
